To place order
- Download our price list from PRICE LIST menu at the top of this page or ask by email for up to date price list,
- Send the order (price list with your order) and your company information (address, telephone, VAT No. and delivery address) by email,
- Information about minimum value of the order you will find in header of each price list,
- If you need only EAN Clean products send your order and ask for confirmation if all of them are EAN clean,
- We will confirm the order and will send you proforma invoice. We will issue invoice with a zero VAT (provided the customer has a European VAT number)
- We accept only Bank Transfers
If you order perfumes in bigger quantity we will ship your order on pallet. We will send you exact information about delivery and insurance costs after placing an order.
Cancellation of orders
Orders can be cancelled via email correspondence, only before the order is shipped. So you can cancel the order only from the moment you place it, till it is shipped by us.
Return of goods
We do not accept any return of goods, after they have been shipped. Exceptions to this rule will apply only for damaged or spoiled goods for which you can prove that the package was broken, in the presence of the shipping service upon delivery.
Damaged parcel
We will ship and insure the goods on your behalf. If you get damaged parcel, please email us immediately (with courier protocol and photos of the damaged goods/parcel) so we can notify shipping company and file a damage claim.
Delivery
We offer very competitive rates, calculated on real costs of the transport providers and insurance costs. Please contact us about delivery costs of perfumes to certain countries. to know shipping costs please contact us and we will send you exact costs of shipping goods to your destination.
